All astrological insights on Navamatch — including Ashta Koota scores, Navamsha overlays, Manglik checks, and Dasha timing — are based on classical Vedic principles and computed using the Swiss Ephemeris. They are provided for informational, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes. They are not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or psychological).

Astrology is only one of several tools used within the platform. Compatibility assessments should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making important life decisions — including whether to meet, date, get engaged to, or marry another person. Navamatch does not guarantee any specific outcome, including a date, meeting, relationship, engagement, or marriage. Real-world relationships depend on communication, effort, circumstance, and choice — factors no chart or algorithm can fully predict.

2. Ask Nava is an AI consultant

Ask Nava is an AI-powered conversational feature that answers matchmaking and astrology-related questions using large language model (LLM) technology. It uses your profile and birth data as context to personalize responses.

• Ask Nava generates answers in real time. It does not have consciousness, intuition, or spiritual insight.
• Its responses are based on patterns in training data and should not be treated as authoritative religious or astrological counsel.
• For life-altering decisions — marriage, health, major investments — we strongly encourage you to consult a qualified human astrologer or appropriate professional.
• Ask Nava may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or culturally insensitive responses. If you notice something wrong, please report it to us.

3. AI photo validation

To protect the integrity of the platform, we use automated image analysis to verify that uploaded profile photographs contain a real human face. This is an algorithmic check, not a human review. It may occasionally misclassify legitimate photos or miss sophisticated synthetic images. If your photo is wrongly rejected, you can contact support for a manual review.

4. Data used for AI features

When you interact with Ask Nava or use compatibility features, we process the birth data and profile information you have provided. This data is used to generate insights within the app. We do not sell your data to AI model providers.

We may use anonymized and aggregated data — that is, data from which direct identifiers such as name, contact details, and specific birth details have been removed — to improve our algorithms, matching systems, and AI models over time. Such anonymized and aggregated data cannot reasonably be used to re-identify you.

Karyesh Technologies Private Limited disclaims liability for any decisions you make based on astrological reports, compatibility scores, or AI-generated advice obtained through Navamatch. Your use of these features is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

As our AI and astrology tools evolve, we may update this disclosure. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of Navamatch after changes take effect means you accept the revised disclosure.
