1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use Navamatch. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misrepresent age, identity, or other material facts.

2. Account registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login information.

3. Services we provide

Navamatch offers Vedic astrology-based compatibility tools and partner discovery services, including:

• Kundli Milan — birth-chart compatibility reports using Ashta Koota and other classical parameters.
• Find a Partner — AI-assisted archetype matching and partner recommendations based on birth data and stated preferences.
• Ask Nava — an AI consultant that answers matchmaking and astrology-related questions using your profile context.

These services are provided for guidance, self-reflection, and connection-building. Astrology is only one of several tools used within the platform; compatibility assessments should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making important life decisions. Navamatch does not guarantee any specific outcome — including, without limitation, a date, meeting, relationship, engagement, or marriage.

4. Ownership & confidentiality of birth data

You retain ownership of the birth details you provide — your birth date, birth time, and birth place. These are treated as confidential information. We will never sell them, and they will never be publicly displayed on the platform. They are processed only to deliver the services you have requested (chart generation, compatibility scoring, AI insights, and match recommendations). 5. User conduct & authenticity

You agree not to use Navamatch for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purpose. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity.
• Uploading false information, fake or AI-generated profile photos, or fabricated birth details (date, time, or place).
• Creating multiple deceptive or duplicate accounts.
• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind.
• Solicitation, spam, scams, or commercial promotion without our written consent.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or automated data collection.
• Sharing another user’s personal information without permission.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate accounts, remove fake or misleading profiles, remove abusive users, and ban scammers or bad-faith actors.

6. Content & photo guidelines

You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it on the platform for the purpose of operating Navamatch. Profile photos must feature you and must not depict objects, deities, celebrities, or non-human subjects. We use automated screening tools to enforce these standards. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines or our community values.

7. Messaging & monitoring

Messages exchanged between users on Navamatch may be scanned automatically for spam, fraud, abuse, harassment, and violations of these Terms. We do not offer end-to-end encryption on in-app messaging, and you should not treat conversations on the platform as private communications in the technical or legal sense. Do not share sensitive financial information, government IDs, or passwords through Navamatch messaging.

8. Subscriptions & payments

Navamatch offers tiered plans: Explorer (Free), Active Search, and Premium Matchmaking. Fees, billing cycles, renewals, and included features are described on our Pricing and Refund & Cancellation pages. By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment partner (Razorpay) to charge the applicable fees, inclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Intellectual property

All software, design, branding, and original content on Navamatch are owned by Karyesh Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. In particular, and without limiting the foregoing, the following belong exclusively to Karyesh Technologies Private Limited:

• Compatibility reports and Kundli Milan outputs generated by the platform.
• AI-generated explanations, commentary, and Ask Nava responses.
• The Navamatch matching methodology, scoring logic, and algorithms.
• Personality and relationship archetypes used within the platform.
• The overall compatibility framework, including the combination of Ashta Koota, Navamsha, Manglik, and Dasha inputs into a proprietary recommendation system.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any of the above without our prior written permission.

10. Disclaimers

Navamatch, including all astrology and compatibility reports, is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. Astrological insights are based on classical principles and should not replace professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). We do not guarantee the accuracy of any third-party birth data entered by users, nor do we guarantee that any interaction on the platform will lead to a date, meeting, relationship, engagement, or marriage.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Karyesh Technologies Private Limited (including its directors, employees, and affiliates) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage — including lost profits, emotional distress, or reputational harm — arising out of or in any way related to relationships, meetings, dates, engagements, marriages, communications, or any decisions made using Navamatch, or arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use Navamatch ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or your use of Navamatch, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Before initiating any formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so we can attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Your continued use of Navamatch after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
